Hallo - Thorsten

after obtaining the connect-key from zanox i tried to setup the zanox-plugin. But with no luck.

Wonder what happened. I tried to edit all necessary things. But i am not sure that all is done well. Do i have to add some additional settings in the general jCollection settings - or is it okay to add the data-to the plugin.

Well - i ended up with no plugin at all: The plugin does not appear...

ich habe den zanox-Plugin von www.jcollection.info bezogen
Dann installiert - und aktiviert. Danach habe ich einen Key
von der zanox-Seite besorgt. Das ging alles sehr problemlos.

Jetzt bin ich etwas ratlos, was jetzt noch kommen soll.
Nebenbei bemerkt: die JCollection-Extension arbeitet schon mal - praktisch
vorschriftsmässig.

Will den Zanox-Plugin in Verbindung mit der JCollection-Extension betreiben.

BTW; Versuchsweise habe ich mal in der JCollection-Einstellung der Parameter noch
die Option Content-Plugin auf YES gestellt. Aber - der JCollection-Zanox-Plugin
erscheint leider gar nicht. Ich versteh das im Moment nicht ganz.


Freu mich auf Tipps.

BTW - muss ich denn noch was in den J-Collection-Tabellen verändern oder so!?

Hmmm - i go back to the site and have a closer look at the site!

Perhaps i have overseen something. As allways: I come back and report all my findings...

now i can see it too: but not on the frontpage - the mainpage but on the sub-pages:

if we take this:

1. bring this to the frontpage
2. have some options to enter data - and to controll what is shown up in the zanox-box!?

Hi,
there simply is no zanox block in the category view/frontpage. That would need some rewrite of the plugin code (and possibly also some adjustments to JCollection itself). To control the data that is displayed, there are some limited possiblities in the plugin paramters. The displayed data itself is simply a Zanox product search with the item title.

okay i understand.- Tat said i think i cannot put some books in the zanox

BTW: perhaps i can try another zanox plugin /(extension ) that is running in joomla.

i saw some discussions on various boards. (joomlaportal.de )
AND perhaps i can use the connect-id that i allready obtained...!?


btw: is this a zanox-thing that is shown in the block featured books at www.ropl.org
