Could not save item - status: failed to store item 1 Year, 11 Months ago  
After migrating a site that used JCollection it stopped working, I reinstalled and now when I use the Add Item Wizard it gives the following error:


Could not save item - status: failed to store item

What can be done to fix this?

Hi,
without further infos it is a little hard to guess. One reason could be that items that are created using the import wizard are titled "Imported - temporary name" and then renamed. If there is already an item with that name, the import fails with the stated message (it is best to check for items with that name from the backend). I'll include a workaround in the next release.
