When I install the component 0.9.14, it mentions that jComments is not installed. Is this separate and where can I find it and what is it used for.

Hi,
JComments is a Joomla component to add comments to content articles. It can also be used to add comments to JCollection items, hence the installer checks if the component is installed and copies the necessary plugin file to the JComments folder. It can be found at JoomlaTune.
