JCollection Homepage

Some small bugfixes, import from Collection Manager 0.4.3 should now work as expected. New feature: Use content plugins in item/info set descriptions (not recommended and not very well tested). Further changes: some more error checking on webservices and the second stage of caching is now disabled by default, it seems the cache files tend to fill up all the available space. Basic caching is still activated. To activate this "second stage", edit the file config.jcollection.php in the administrator folder.
The Zanox plugin has now some more feature (limit the items to display, randomize the items).
